How refunds are handled

Payments for Urban Flow AI are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with their Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Contact us via the contact page and we will help you process the request through Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals.
