Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the Urban Flow AI service (the "Service") operated by Urban Flow AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company.
2. The Service
Urban Flow AI provides AI-assisted location and market intelligence studies, property listings, broker connections and related tools. We may modify or improve the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow others to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- send spam, malware or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- scrape, probe or reverse-engineer the Service or its data feeds;
- resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written consent.
5. AI outputs and accuracy
The Service uses AI models and third-party data sources (including Google Places). Outputs are provided for general informational and decision-support purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them, for your prompts and inputs, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may filter, restrict or remove outputs and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, our software, models, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Payments, billing and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, payment methods, cancellations and renewals are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account or via paddle.net.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
9. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
